Digital Monitoring
The documented equipment concept monitors pressure, frequency, pump operating status, flow and electrical parameters. Confirm the instrument and data scope for the selected configuration.
PROJECT-SPECIFIC VFD WATER SUPPLY
Demand-based pump control for project-specific water pressure in mining areas, camps, field-work locations and remote sites, with building and modular water-supply applications also reviewed.
QUICK ANSWER
A pressure transmitter monitors pipeline pressure and the variable-frequency drive adjusts pump speed to match actual demand. The objective is stable supply pressure without requiring every pump to operate continuously at one fixed speed.
The documented equipment concept monitors pressure, frequency, pump operating status, flow and electrical parameters. Confirm the instrument and data scope for the selected configuration.
The documented configuration combines a PLC-based control system with dedicated pump inverters. Pump staging, duty and standby arrangements are confirmed for the project.
Duty, standby and peak-demand pump arrangements are confirmed for the actual application rather than assumed from a standard model.
The actual pump arrangement, control logic, pressure settings and performance commitments must be confirmed for each project.
APPLICATIONS
The following are application review categories. Mining, remote-site, industrial and outdoor requirements must be assessed against the standard configuration and the project-specific supply scope.
POSSIBLE SUPPLY SCOPE
Depending on the project, the package may include pumps, a variable-frequency control cabinet, pressure instruments, manifolds, valves, a pressure tank where required, a common skid and an optional enclosure.
Pump quantity, duty point, redundancy and staged operation are selected after flow and pressure requirements are reviewed.
Pressure feedback, local control, alarms, remote monitoring and communication interfaces are defined in the approved scope.
Piping, valves, instruments and controls can be coordinated on a common skid or within an enclosure where the site requires a compact package.
| Parameter | Specification | Unit | Notes / design basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Series flow range | 5–300 | m³/h | Model-dependent series range; select the actual average and peak duty point. |
| Series supply pressure (water head) | 20–200 | mH₂O | Model-dependent. Flow and head range endpoints do not define one simultaneous operating point. |
| Pump pressure-boost operating range | 40–100 | % of pump head | Brochure-listed full variable-frequency range; review the selected pump curve and inlet conditions. |
| Constant-pressure accuracy | ≤ 1 | mH₂O | Brochure-listed figure; confirm operating conditions and the project acceptance basis. |
| Stabilization time | ≤ 5 | s | Brochure-listed figure; project test conditions and acceptance requirements must be agreed. |
| Standard supply voltage | 380 | V | Listed tolerance: +10% / −15%. Suitable grounding is required; the brochure specifies grounding resistance below 4 Ω. |
| Standard supply frequency | 50 | Hz | Other electrical requirements require technical review before ordering; 60 Hz compatibility is not assumed. |
| Component protection rating | IP55 | — | Listed for the motor, control cabinet and inverter; this does not establish outdoor suitability for the complete installation. |
| Wetted materials | 304 stainless steel, copper and rubber diaphragm materials | — | Confirm the actual pump, valve, tank and pipe materials for the selected configuration and water quality. |
| Standard ambient temperature | 0–40 | °C | Indoor installation without corrosive, flammable or explosive gases. |
| Relative humidity | ≤ 90 | % at 20°C | Non-condensing conditions. |
| Standard installation altitude | < 1000 | m | Higher-altitude installations require technical review before ordering. |
| Installation vibration | < 5.9 | m/s² | The brochure also expresses the limit as below 0.6 g; provide a concrete base with adequate load-bearing capacity. |
| Pressure control | Outlet constant-pressure or configurable variable-pressure control | — | Variable-pressure control simulates terminal constant-pressure requirements. Final settings follow the approved duty. |
| Standard pump arrangements | 1 duty + 1 standby; 2 duty + 1 standby; 3 duty + 1 standby | — | Arrangement and model are selected for the project; the standard application described is building domestic water supply. |
| Possible package scope | Pumps, control cabinet, pressure instruments, manifolds, valves and common skid | — | Confirm pressure tank, enclosure, site piping, installation and commissioning responsibilities in the quotation. |
The figures above describe the standard series in the September 2025 technical brochure, not a guaranteed duty point for every model. The standard application is indoor building domestic water supply. Other applications or conditions outside the listed limits require technical review before ordering. Final model, operating point, acceptance criteria and supply scope are confirmed in the project quotation.
RFQ CHECKLIST
Send the information currently available. Missing points will be identified during the initial review.
Equipment parameters can be customized according to project requirements. Final configuration, performance commitments, price, commercial terms and supply scope are confirmed only after technical review.

Equipment parameters and supply scope are reviewed against your project requirements. Final configuration, materials, interfaces and supply responsibilities are confirmed after technical review.
Lead time is confirmed in the project-specific quotation after the equipment scope and technical requirements have been reviewed. Share your destination and required delivery schedule with your inquiry.
The standard-series brochure lists 380 V with a +10% / −15% voltage tolerance and 50 Hz. Provide the actual site voltage, frequency and phase requirements. Any requirement outside the standard specification needs technical review before ordering; compatibility with 60 Hz or another voltage is not assumed.
The brochure specifies indoor installation at 0–40°C, relative humidity no greater than 90% at 20°C without condensation, altitude below 1000 m, and no corrosive, flammable or explosive gases. IP55 component ratings do not by themselves establish outdoor suitability. Conditions outside this basis require technical review and an agreed installation scope.
Provide the water source, available inlet pressure, average and peak flow, required outlet pressure, operating schedule and electrical supply. Also identify water quality, installation conditions, duty and standby needs, control interfaces, destination and the required supply boundary.
Pressure boosting and water treatment are separate selection requirements. This package is configured around flow and pressure; treatment is not assumed to be included. If treatment is required, define the raw-water quality, intended use and treatment scope separately for review.
Possible equipment includes pumps, a variable-frequency control cabinet, pressure instruments, manifolds, valves and a common skid. A pressure tank is considered where required, and an enclosure is optional. The quotation must identify the actual included equipment, optional items and items supplied by others.
