Wastewater source
Describe the production process, discharge pattern, contaminants and whether streams are separated or mixed.
DEFINED INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER PACKAGES
Equipment supply is reviewed against the customer’s approved process basis, wastewater data and project interfaces—not presented as an undefined turnkey promise.
TECHNICAL INPUT
A useful RFQ connects the wastewater characteristics and treatment objective to a defined package boundary. Each open point is recorded before configuration and pricing are finalized.
Describe the production process, discharge pattern, contaminants and whether streams are separated or mixed.
Share available flow, peak conditions, water analysis, temperature, pH and the required outlet or downstream treatment condition.
Define the equipment, tanks, dosing, screening, separation, filtration, sludge handling, controls and interconnecting scope required from the supplier.
State corrosion concerns, preferred materials, indoor or outdoor installation, ambient conditions and site limitations.
Confirm civil works, utilities, electrical standard, piping battery limits, automation signals, installation and commissioning responsibilities.
Specify required drawings, component documents, inspection records, test basis, manuals, packing and export documents.
Treatment performance and regulatory compliance are not claimed without representative influent data, a named discharge or reuse requirement, confirmed operating conditions and a written acceptance basis.
EQUIPMENT ROUTE
Wastewater pretreatment, separation, filtration, membrane, dosing and sludge handling equipment can be coordinated through selected specialist manufacturers according to project requirements.
Screening, conditioning, dosing and separation equipment are reviewed according to solids, oil, chemical and hydraulic conditions.
Feed quality, pretreatment condition, recovery basis, cleaning requirements and reject handling must be defined before a filtration or membrane package is selected.
Sludge collection, dewatering, chemical preparation, pumps, controls and platform requirements are clarified as separate included or excluded items.
